 E-Governance for Academic Planning & Development

Monitoring of attendance of students: Attendance of students and faculty is through a software for obtaining biometric data. The faculty members are given responsibility of monitoring the attendance of undergraduate students after taking each lecture with the help of generating an ADR report and submitting it to the Academic Program Officer who generates the computerized summary of lectures of the day.

Storage of patient data through In-house software: members of the faculty have been given charge of the In-house software, and they regularly monitor the patient data as well as treatment rendered on a routine basis.

 

E-Governance for Administration

E- Circulars: The Management of the institute conveys information related  to meetings, functions and other academic activities through E-circulars to concerned persons through e-mail ID‘s of faulty members and administrative staff.

Finance and Accounts

The entire accounting system of the institution operates on ZOHO online software which is a robust platform for accounting functions like students fees management, advance payments to faculty or staff, expense reporting by faculty or staff, approvals for advance payments and approval of expense reports submitted by faculty and staff.

Purchase & Stores

E-Governance strategy also holds good for storage of data pertaining to Cenral Store Room (i.e management of consumable/non-consumable items). ORION software is used for managing item requests, inventory, generating purchase orders and generating consumption reports.

Student Admission & Support

 

The institute boasts of an effective functioning of E- governance strategies in the institute, namely,

 

a)      E- forum for giving information and handling enquiries regarding admissions.

b)      Online registration system of C.C.S University for admission. A Merit list is declared by the University after the last of registrations. Only those candidates whose name appears in the Merit list are entitled to take admission after paying due fees.

Examinations

The examination forms of all programs in I.T.S –IHAS are filled online through the examination portal of C.C.S University. The login ID of examination portal is the same as the registration ID at the time of admission. This ensures that only registered candidates can appear for examination.

Evaluation of Answer scripts is centralized and is done in University premises. The evaluators enter each student’s marks on OMR Sheet. The marks given by evaluators are entered electronically through OMR Sheets only. There is no manual entry of marks.

Examination Results

The results are declared online on the University website. The University is developing a system for providing marksheets and other documents directly to student at a click of a button.
